WTDA VA State Hunt - Bench Show

Jess handled Daisy in the Bench Show at the WTDA VA State Hunt this past weekend. Daisy won BEST OF CLASS toward her Bench Champion Title in the World Tree Dog Association. Not too bad for Jess' first time handling a dog in a show. She will be hitting the timber with a dog for the Squirrel Hunt in no time!

Gray's Annie Oakley on a hunt in Mississippi

FROM Bud who live in Tennessee -

 "Got to go to Mississippi last week with my 9 year old son and our Feist. There was so much water in the woods, I expected the squirrels to have webbed feet. We had a great time and he got his first fox squirrel, shot out all by himself and treed by his feist (Annie),,,, I mean to say he was one proud boy and I was one proud daddy. What a time, the Lord is Good."


Annie is the little dog with the brown head in back! We gave her to this young man about a year ago to get him into squirrel dogs. Looks like it had the desired effect! Gray's Annie Oakley is out of GRSQCH Banjo Joe's Squirt x Gray's Prairie Daisy.
